Job Description
Job Summary
Builds and supports transformative Business Intelligence and Analytic solutions. Designs the full lifecyle of reports and analyses (Requirements, Data Sourcing, Data Design, Development and Presentation). Understands the business need and presents results from reports and analyses that demonstrate the business value.
Validates suppliers estimates. Supports the implementation activities, troubleshooting system environmental issues, as required.
Essential Job Functions
Reporting & Visualization:
Advanced BI Tool Skills (Power BI, Tableau, OBIEE, Business Objects.
Data visualization skills
Storytelling skills. Tell the business impact story behind data.
Databases:
Database Modeling
SQL Coding
Experience handling large data sets
Dimensional Database Design
ETL design skills (Pipeline design, Incremental ETL).

Project Delivery:
Write business requirements
Play lead role in assigned projects
Manage delivery of work product from offshore resources
Familiar with Agile delivery.
User Support:
Provide developer support for data requests
Assist business users with complex query, reporting and analysis requests
Provide user education in the tools and data in use
Performance troubleshooting of all levels (Server, Database, Query, BI).

Education Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent, relevant experience.
Experience Requirements
Level I: 2 years of experience in application development / testing or business / system analysis role.
Special Skill Requirement
May require occasional traveling
Good written and oral skills in local language.

Colorado Only: The pay range for this job being performed in CO would be 72,000 – 96,000
