What You’ll Do
As a Senior Commercial Intelligence Innovation Analyst, you’ll be part of the Sales Enablement team supporting our Global Sales & Marketing businesses. You’ll get to:

Design, build, integrate and manage data processes and tools supporting overall sales enablement data strategies.
Focus areas include business segment analytics, extract-transform-load (ETL) workflows, data visualization, and advanced analytics implementation.
Act as a subject matter expert for all key sales reporting systems and related data, including (but not limited to) SAP, BW, Alteryx, Power BI, and Amazon Workspaces.
Manage periodic (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual) analytics, working collaboratively with Commercial Intelligence team analysts and management.

Formulate, develop, and produce models to support advanced analytics, focusing on:

Revenue optimization
Commercial performance tracking and forecasting
New Product Development performance tracking
General operational processes
Fund and expense management
Key market data (i.e., macro-economic factors, competitive landscape, etc.)

Use analysis to recommend process, policy or structure changes that improve business function and/or profitability.
Act as a key resource to understand specific analytical requirements of key business leaders, and work with appropriate teams to manage follow up tasks/project planning.
Help identify, coordinate, and facilitate multiple process improvement initiatives related to the enhancement and automation of systems and processes.
Coordinate efforts between assigned resources of a cross-functional project teams to meet project objectives and deliverables.
Coordinate and review process documentation and training guide creation (working with training manager).
Work through conflicting issues, roadblocks, and dependencies; proactively manage risks, changes, and communication with project stakeholders. Flex to big picture strategic view as required.

What You’ll Bring To The Team

Minimum 3+ years of data management and data project ownership, preferable experience with consumer products company. Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field is preferred.
Systems knowledge and/or ability to learn quickly: SAP, Business Warehouse, Alteryx, Power BI, SQL, Amazon Workspaces and Salesforce.com
Highly Proficient in all Microsoft Office Software, especially Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to overcome obstacles with the ability to identify new opportunities within an organization, take risks, and learn from failure.
Experience working with multi-disciplinary and geographically dispersed teams; ability to work with people across various countries, time zones, and through language barriers, as needed.
Strong interpersonal skills both in verbal and written communication, and the ability to present to all levels of the organization. Experience providing technical guidance or influencing the work of others.
Effective time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Problem solving and organization skills with attention to detail.
Advanced ETL and analytics tool proficiency (Tableau, Power, BI, Alteryx, SQL, etc.) preferred.
