Job Description

Functions  :  

In accordance with the policies and values ??of Kraft Mont-Royal - contributes to the achievement of the objectives set according to the operational plan of the Quality Department;
Provide support to the Director of Sanitation in carrying out the Business Plan and projects to improve sanitation;
Coordinate and participate in the execution of periodic cleaning activities with maintenance and operations.
Evaluate frequencies and inspect periodic cleaning activities.
Contact person to plan the cleaning of the infrastructure (walls - ceiling - neon lights - aerial structures.
Leader "Sanitary Design" - participate with maintenance - to modifications related to cleaning problems. Make the necessary follow-ups - and ensure corrective measures if necessary;
Coordinate continuous improvement activities of the "Kaisen" type in sanitation which consists of reducing / improving
Ensure the application of sanitation and cleaning procedures under his responsibility;
Train - share technical expertise - provide guidelines and support staff in charge of cleaning and sanitation activities
Evaluate performance gaps and direct action plans to resolve and / or prevent recurrence of routine problems related to sanitation and periodic cleaning of infrastructure and equipment.
Report the problems identified (processes - operational practices - equipment design or others) to the individuals or teams concerned and recommend the appropriate fixes or improvements;
Ensure compliance with periodic cleanings - by taking swabs and making inspections.
Work with multidisciplinary teams to improve our sanitation processes;
Analyze the progress made according to indicators and measures - produce reports and ensure that the documentation is up to date in each of its departments.
Perform other related duties

Requirements  :

Bachelor's degree in Food Sciences or related to the function.

Knows the techniques of training and learning in the workplace;

Knows and knows how to use the various MS-Office software;

Ability to plan and organize work independently - ability to solve problems - ability to work in a team - ability to influence others.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of sanitation or equivalent.

In-depth knowledge of sanitary design of equipment.
