CHS Northwest has an exciting opportunity in our Lynden Administrative Office supporting our Retail Team. We are looking for a full-time Office Assistant. You must be able to make decisions and work independently within a team atmosphere. You must be detail oriented, accurate, and have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

You will:
* Handle customer phone calls, walk in traffic and direct patrons to appropriate personnel.
* Perform data entry into proprietary company systems.
* Maintain a full understanding of company products and services.
* Work with sensitive material and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
* Provide support & clear office communication with team members.
* Create and administer content on social media application.
* Perform other office duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications: (required)
* High School Diploma or GED
* Up to 3 years of office experience
* Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Must be able to meet certain physical requirements including standing, squatting, bending, climbing stairs and lifting up to 35 lbs.
* Must pass pre employment criminal background screen
Preferred Qualifications: (desired)
* Experience with Social Media applications
* Proficiency and experience with Epicor POS systems
* Associates degree
