WHAT YOU WILL BRING?

Bachelor’s degree or Master’s (preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
8+ years of IT experience; self-motivated, with a high sense of accountability, urgency, and drive.
Experience working in a management consulting position, strategic planning, or portfolio management roles
Experience leading and managing high-performing, cross-functional teams with a demonstrated ability to work well in a collaborative, fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong relationship-building skills and experience working closely with senior executives and cross-functional partners to deliver key strategic initiatives.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and influence others, negotiate during situational conflict, and establish the best forward path in the face of competing points of view
Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to present content/update to C-level audience
Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in a dynamic, results-oriented matrixed environment
Experience in defining and delivering Portfolio reporting that provide strategic insights and holds cross-functional leads accountable for delivering results
Provides input on the full funnel integrated planning, resource & capacity planning and execution for the technology team by partnering with business, strategy and finance teams.
Experience with tools such as Aha! JIRA, Confluence, Planisware or other PPM tools

NIKE, Inc. sells its products to footwear stores; sporting goods stores; athletic specialty stores; department stores; skate, tennis, and golf shops; and other retail accounts through NIKE-owned retail stores, digital platforms, independent distributors, licensees, and sales representatives. The company was formerly known as Blue Ribbon Sports, Inc. and changed its name to NIKE, Inc. in 1971. NIKE, Inc. was founded in 1964 and is headquartered in Beaverton, Oregon.
