Primary Responsibilities:
Coordinate’s activities involved in the preparation of advertising, sales promotion, and publicity in support of the marketing of company products
Consults with product management, sales and internal/external organizations to develop and implement plans
Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements
Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems
Solves moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses
Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks
Provides explanations and information to others on difficult issues

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing or similar degree
5+ years marketing communications experience, working with sales and account management as well as customers
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of professional writing and editing experience
5+ years project management experience within a matrix organization
Project management experience within a matrix organization
Experience in health communications and/or health benefits communications
Experience working independently, staying organized and prioritizing workload
Experience in clearly communicating complex ideas or topics
Ability to quickly react to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and to adapt to working in a matrixed environment
