The Opportunity

We are looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented and motivated team member with a passion for providing excellent administrative support in a role with expanding scope and opportunities to learn and grow.  This role provides a great opportunity to contribute to the FICO Scores Business as valued team member and key contributor. 

What You’ll Contribute

Provide administrative support to a variety of FICO Leadership members, including travel arrangements, transportation, accommodation, expense reports, and more.
Create/review/revise PowerPoint presentations, plus Adobe Acrobat, MS Word, MS Excel and Visio documents.
Assist with planning, logistics and communications for internal and external meetings and events
Create and track internal documentation through the full lifecycle, including gathering approvals and reporting completion to internal stakeholders
Maintain/update various tracking spreadsheets and dashboards for internal reporting purposes.
Manage Logo merchandise ordering, shipping, invoicing and communications for both client facing and internal products. 
Assist in the creation and maintenance of client support documentation for B2B clients
Partner with the FICO ScoreSupport team to assist B2B clients with FICO Score related questions, including ownership of admin duties. 
Maintain B2B Scores internal release management documentation 
Ensure availability of office supplies.
Handle confidential information in a professional and discreet manner.
Perform ad-hoc projects as requested.

What We’re Seeking

High school degree or equivalent; education or certification specific to Administrative Assistant roles a plus.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant.
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, in particular).
Experience with Adobe Acrobat, including editing documents.
Experience with Zoom, WebEx, or other web conferencing platforms.
Experience using Oracle, Box or Jive is a plus.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Ability to work with cross-functional and international teams, across time zones
