We are looking for a talented Manufacturing IT Senior Solutions Designer to join our team specializing in Systems and Information Technology for our Corporate Business Unit in Columbus, IN / your remote home office.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Support IT team as needed with financial planning, program communications and provide input into the future program strategy and roadmap
Daily email and communication, , manage work assigned to meet delivery deadlines, support end users and leadership with information gathering, presentations, and meeting facilitations
Assigned initiatives can include analyzing requirements, resolving business issues, estimating effort, proposing solutions and recommendations, reviewing with business for approval, completing designs, transition to development team, performing QA, and supporting UAT
Support the Development Leader with more complex Problem Reports, work with vendor helpdesk & solution architects for resolutions, assess Change Requests and review with business users to support the release management process
Engage with business team for new capabilities, standard deployments, new vendor solutions, and review new functionality
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business or equivalent is required.
10 years of experience of related professional experience is required.
Experience in IBM, Maximo, asset management and inventory application.
Experience in Maximo application designer, configuration, product architecture and solutions design.
