We’re looking for a Territory Facilities Manager!
This role ensures that our stores are safe, look great and provide our store athletes with a premium environment in which to work, through day-to-day maintenance, vendor management and execution of programs.
The candidate needs to have outstanding organization, and communication skills with the ability to handle many diverse projects at once. This individual should bring a solid background in Facilities Management balanced with an innovative approach to evolving tools and processes as well as a passion for people and relationships!
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will be accountable for managing the day-to-day maintenance and repairs for all Nike and Converse stores within a Territory. You will be responsible for managing both OPEX and CAPEX budgets while working across the organization to complete projects and implement programs. You will play a key role in the opening of new stores and remodels. You will also handle vendor relationships, monitor performance and delivering feedback as necessary.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will report directly to the Territory Senior Facilities Manager as on the greater North America Retail Operations team. Working closely with your fellow Territory Facilities Managers, the Loss Prevention team, Finance, Construction and Real Estate. You may also be involved in local special events, pop-ups, or Brand moments.
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred or an additional 5 years of relevant retail experience accepted in lieu of a degree
Minimum of 5 years proven experience in Facilities Management, retail stores or HQ store operations
Experience leading vendors and projects remotely
Experience tracking and managing budgets
General understanding of Retail admin and store systems/equipment as applicable (Merchandising Intelligence, ERP, Business Intelligence, Point of Sale, Inventory Management, Handheld Terminals, Labor Scheduling application, etc.) highly desired
Experience with Facilities Management tools, websites or dashboards ie. ServiceChannel, Corrigo,etc.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Microsoft Project, and Share Point
Strong written and communications skills, time management, problem solving, analytics, and organization skills
Ability to multi-task in a high paced enviornment while delivering premium customer service
Ability to travel approximately 35% of the time
