Job Description
The principal duties of this position are to understand, mix, apply, and cure all forms of coatings, sealants, and other applicable paintable products. Excellent interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills are needed for a team-oriented work environment.
Key Job Requirements
1. Understand the principles of coating application including but not limited to: Storage, mixing, application processes, baking, and understanding the SPOP and EM procedures.
2. Understanding and ability to follow work instructions.
3. Demonstrate commitment to the EH&S and continuous improvement programs by complying with all policies and procedures, completing all required training, and supporting all applicable committee activities.
Education
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
Experience/Qualifications
Ability to utilize precision measuring instruments (vernier calipers, micrometers, coating thickness, etc.)
Previous work experience in jet engine overhaul and A&P preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Must be willing to work all shifts
