Position Overview:
The Creative Director, World of Coca-Cola will own the creative strategy to translate the brand center vision in to a defined roadmap for experience and exhibit refresh. This role is highly
collaborative, requiring partnership with key internal and external stakeholders.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
Own creative strategy for World of Coca-Cola
Work with VP of Licensing and Retail and Head of Retail Operations to refine brand center vision and overall consumer journey/story arc
Translate brand center vision into creative guidelines
Develop business briefs for exhibit renovations
Refine roadmap of exhibit renovations and updates/activations for next 3-5 years
Decide which exhibit updates/activations will be produced through outside resources or by L&R internal team
Own and drive show development of exhibit renovations, leveraging networked design partners and outside agencies (including development of exhibit creative briefs and management of development of
exhibit storytelling content)
Oversee any projects completed by L&R resources to ensure overall consistency of the brand center
Related Work Experience:
10+ years of experience in roles related to creative or design (focused on experience and content development)
Direct experience with creative and/or design of experiences across several brands
Direct experience managing creative processes
Experience collaborating with other creative teams and managing agency resources
Prior attractions/brand center experience preferred
