Primary Responsibilities:

Translate business goals into marketing objectives and strategies that facilitate business growth by leveraging insights from data and market dynamics for success
Develop and execute marketing strategies across all channels, through high impact messages and innovative formats. Implement locally-generated campaigns while also ensuring adoption and utilization of nationally-developed initiatives
Develop, manage and maintain relationships with internal (product, growth operations, legal, creative, etc.) and external stakeholders and keep them informed about marketing initiatives 
Align and socialize collective objectives and plans for initiatives that cross over communications, marketing and influencer functions to ensure alignment and best impact
Identify opportunities to leverage templates and campaign tactics across multiple applications – finding the commonalities that allow for scale.  Educate internal partners on value, process and opportunity
Drive measurement and development of KPIs of marketing initiatives and align with internal data teams and media partners to execute test strategies to maximize results
Oversee and manage marketing budget to deliver against growth goals.  Aid in development of budgets to support recommended strategies; obtain budget approval and manage, track and share performance with leadership
Provide day-to-day direction of work, mentorship and oversight of marketing management team as needed

There may be up to 25% travel associated with this position. Travel would be to assigned markets to support member events, community engagement and product kick-offs.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree
7+ years of strategic marketing leadership
7+ years of consumer or retail marketing experience 
Project or account management experience, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines within specified time constraints
Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver results
Proven success in the development of strategic marketing plans tied to business goals and execution of innovative integrated marketing campaigns
Proven success managing multiple agency and external vendor relationships
Ability to travel up 25%

Experience leading or managing a team
Budget management experience
Ability to work collaboratively and influence across levels in matrixed environment
Ability to develop and communicate a point of view, influence without authority, and balance multiple priorities
