QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Professional Engineer (P.E.)
Demonstrated experience working on successful projects with public agencies
At least 15 years of progressive experience as an engineer and project manager in the transportation design field
At least 8-10 years of project management experience in transportation planning/ design
Ability to demonstrate project leadership experience
Working knowledge of federal and state design guidelines
At least 5 years assisting business development/client services manager experience
