Plans, directs, and evaluates the overall nursing care and functions in the Emergency Department. This position is for the experienced ER RN that is ready to show demonstrate quality and provide leadership to his/her team. Ideal candidate will embrace process improvement and have a love of teaching skills to peers. Associate's degree in nursing required. Bachelors degree preferred. At least 2 years of clinical experience in a fast paced emergency department. Arizona or compact licensed as a registered nurse. ACLS, BLS, TNCC, and either PALS or TNCC required.

Implements quality protocols and procedures that will elevate the professionalism in our department. Ideal candidate will embrace process improvement and have a love of teaching skills to peers. Associate's degree in nursing required. Bachelors degree preferred. At least 2 years of clinical experience in a fast paced emergency department. Arizona or compact licensed as a registered nurse.
