Job Overview
Under broad guidance, contributes to the improvement of operational metrics (revenue, and opportunity pipeline) by providing operational support for Sales Teams and Business Leads. Supports the compliance and execution of key business processes as it relates to revenue recognition and pipeline tracking.
Essential Functions
Executes operational initiatives including participation and guidance in routine revenue forecasting calls.
Support sales team and GTM leadership with opportunity management including CRM support and training.
Reviews contracts when needed to resolve any conflicting revenue recognition treatment in accordance with our policies.
Assists local functions by tracking, providing frequent reports, reporting progress and highlighting potential issues and opportunities related to revenue forecasting.
Coordinates operational activities/projects with other functions including service, consulting, business lines and sales, as appropriate.
Provides clarity on status and ownership of outstanding items regularly
May support one or more offering groups and provide appropriate degree of user support.
Special projects as directed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Four (4) years of operations experience preferred (sales/finance)
Strong Excel skills
SFDC and other CRM experience or knowledge a benefit
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to prioritize and work in a dynamic and fast paced workplace
Strong focus on process and tracking of details
