Overview

Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE: FNF) is seeking a Tri-County Land Development/Builder Services Sales Executive to join its Lake Oswego, OR office.  The perfect candidate for this position promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective builder clients through a relationship/consultative selling approach.

Duties

Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective builder clients through a relationship/consultative selling approach. 
Responsible for driving market share and revenue growth.
Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential builder clients and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
Establishes, develops and maintains builder business relationships with current and prospective clients in the builder market segment to generate new and continuous business
Makes telephone calls, has written communication, in-person visits  as well as Zoom/TEAM meetings with presentations to existing and prospective clients.
Research land leads, qualifying the protentional  to assist owner in finding most suited builder for the project.
Works with local Jurisdictions on “Problem Solving” for property owners.
Coordinates marketing, integrates escrow team with existing and prospective clients. Participates in monthly meetings with the escrow office. 
Monitoring daily reports to identify potential new clients through Co-ops.
Analyzes the territory/market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective clients value to the organization.
Identifies advantages and compares organization’s products/services to best fit prospective clients.
Coordinates with current sales executive how to best assist potential and existing clients, with their land leads and development questions.
Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Keeps abreast of product applications, GIS technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing, escrow, title and technical service areas.
Participates in trade shows, conventions, realtor boards and other industry associations. Membership is required for some of these associations.

Requirements

Knowledge of  how Title and Escrow works.
Knowledge of Land Development and the planning for the county and city jurisdictions.

Experience

Knowledge of Zoning for County and City jurisdictions
GIS program experience is beneficial.  Uses current GIS programs to assist prospective and current clients with their potential land development.
