What You Will Do:
Subject matter expert, taking market data research and broad theoretical knowledge to apply principles and best practices amongst Senior Leaders to implement IDEA practices.
Accountable to building and maintain strong partnership with the Global IDEA Leader, Brand HR Leaders, Brand Leadership cross functionally, and other key stakeholders to further develop clearly defined internal IDEA strategies, and brand IDEA action plans, goals and milestones. Build, design and execute programs that promote a culture anchored in allyship, advocacy and belonging.
Provide thought leadership, collaboration and provide solutions directly with key senior leaders and HR Business Partners to promote an inclusive work environment where diversity is viewed in the broadest sense - including age, ethnicity, gender, appearance, race, physical abilities, religion, social-economic background, political affiliation, sexual orientation, sexual identity, nationality, thinking styles, life experiences, and so forth. Develop and implement diversity recruitment and retention plans with the goal of increasing participation from all communities at all levels of the organization to meet brand goals.
Understand business implications of IDEA initiatives and determine the appropriate measures of success that align with business outcomes; actively challenge the status quo to ensure the organization and its leaders understand and act on the imperative, and are elevating IDEA opportunities to serve consumers throughout all aspects of the GTM process.
Serve as the lead subject matter expert for IDEA listening and learning efforts broadly. Collaborate with Global Talent & Development and HR teams to holistically manage curriculum development to support the associate IDEA learning journey from onboarding to executive training. Develop new content to support ongoing needs in partnership with internal talent teams and external vendors as needed. Create and manage a cohesive listening strategy to ensure the voice of our associates are informing strategic efforts.

Skills for Success
Years of Related Professional Experience: 12+ years
Educational Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related area preferred or equivalent work experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with comfort facilitating and leading large groups through trainings and seminars
