Job Description:
* We are currently seeking a Product Owner for our growing Workgrid organization.
* You will work with product development teams who are focused on building the Workgrid Digital Assistant and Intelligent Workplace platform.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for developing best-in-class customer experiences in a fast-paced enterprise startup environment for external customers.
* Focuses on the future of digital business, digital assistants, intelligent applications, the digital workplace, conversational UX, and the latest trends in workplace software. Partners with marketing, support, and customer success teams to ensure alignment across the organization.
* Creates, develops, and communicates a clear vision and strategy for the Workgrid product to key stakeholders and team members.
* Ensures customer-driven design by meeting with customers to understand their challenges, goals, and opportunities.
* Identifies innovative solutions to customer needs.
* Tests new features and drives quality before releasing to customers.
* Drives an iterative minimal viable product (MVP) mindset to product development to ensure work can be shipped to receive customer feedback early and often.
* Develops a backlog of prioritized customer-centric benefits and features.
* Defines, tracks, and interprets key performance indicators (KPIs) and drives activities that support the continued growth and health of the product.
* Monitors future of digital business, digital assistants, intelligent applications, the digital workplace, conversational UX, and the latest trends in workplace software and the future of work.
* Creates wireframes to communicate and collaborate on product ideas.
Qualifications:
Required Experience/Skills:
* Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and IT project management as typically acquired through a Bachelors` degree in relevant field (business, computer science, etc.)
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, engineering, or technology strategy role.
* Ability to understand complex business problems, apply strong analytical skills and create an effective strategy.
* Strong presentation skills and highly developed oral and written communication skills. Lean startup concepts and understanding of AI, machine learning, and NLP preferred.
