The workspace Management team in AI PLATFORM is delivering next generation Secured AI Capabilities to the world, so that IT admins can provision and secure resources while data scientists can enrich their target customers experience with the magic of AI.

As part of the Workspace Management Team, you will be leading a group of engineers who are currently working on projects to support Secured AI. Which requires us to provision various Azure Resources like Private Link, VNET, storage, ACR etc. configure security while simplifying the data science process for AzureML that allows our customers to run model training and inferencing jobs over 100s of GPUs on Azure. You will contribute to the design and implementation of the core Azure AI IT Admin Services, We value passion, creativity, and desire to learn new complex technical areas, agility and accountability while pivoting a team towards greater result.

As a leader of the team, you will participate in proposing and developing innovative solutions that span across multiple layers of technologies. You will be responsible for fully understanding requirements and providing solutions that match the needs.

Required Qualifications:

* Minimum of 5+ years of management experience required.
* A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent alternative education, skills, and/or practical IT work experience is required.
* 5+ years of experience in C, Java, Scala, C++ or Python.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with distributed systems design and implementation, especially microservices architecture, and experience with cluster scheduling technologies like Hadoop Yarn, Kubernetes, Fleet, etc is a plus.
* Depth understanding of Azure is a plus.
* Having a working knowledge of ARM, Storage and Compute is preferable.
