In this crucial role you will evolve and co-lead WU’s strategic investment prioritization process, balancing strategic growth / capability objectives with near-term business requirements. Drive end-to-end process from prioritization of investments to value assurance through governance and oversight. Orchestrate the activities and provide oversight for the business cases and value assurance deliverables. Removing obstacles and improving processes to positively impact the business case performance.

You will Lead performance measurement to track progress on WWNG initiatives and targets. You will own communicating of company adherence to targets and participate in solutioning any gaps within the targets.

You will Own and manage the Transformation Office budget and partner with Finance for financial planning and monthly/quarterly reporting of actual and Risks/Opportunities to plan or forecast. Owning the planning, reporting, and researching to ensure team stays on budget.

In this role you will Continue to evolve the end-to-end investment process from prioritization to value assurance for strategic Company investments. Drive insight and accountability into approved business cases through independent value assurance. Provide support, or program manage, where applicable for “at risk” investments to define and deliver “move to green” activities.

You will Identify the top risks facing the strategic initiatives and develop oversight / action plans surrounding those risks. You will track WWNG targets while creating a sustainable control environment whereby the BU’s have discipline, shared responsibility, and governance around these WWNG targets.

For this role you will need 9+ years of multi-disciplined experience (Finance, Operations, Audit). You need a strong Finance acumen, including experience in building financial plan, reporting monthly actuals, and risks/opportunities in financial plan for BU. You will need experience working in a diverse global business, leading complex projects and experience working with activities that span a wide range of complexity and global impact.

You will need to think objectively and strategically, with attention to detail, to help others reach solutions faster and more effectively. You will need to obtain an understanding of entire WU operation and be able to understand relationships between business lines & shared functions. These interactions drive many opportunities for insight on strategic objectives.

You should be able to take a strong leadership role in implementing policies and procedures to support organizational objectives and business success. You will need to be able to have transparent and productive relationships with peers and collaborate successfully. Strong communication skills, with comfort in powerpoint and presentations to Executive Level team members.
