Seagate Americas JIT (Just In Time) Hub Coordinator Team is based in Oklahoma City. We manage Inventory, Shipments, & Receipts at Seagate’s Just-In-Time 3rd party Inventory Warehouses (Hubs) in the Americas region. These Inventory Warehouses/Hubs allow our larger OEM Customers to have instant access to Seagate product as their demand requires without waiting on delivery time from our Factories.
About the role - you will:
JIT (Just in time) Inventory Management, work daily inventory at Hubs, including managing annual physical inventory count coordination / reporting
Coordinate with 3rd party warehouse providers on stop-ship, cross-ship, and damaged shipment requirements, etc.
Ensure hub operators are compliant to SOW (Statement of Work) stipulated in signed 3rd party warehouse contracts
Audit warehouse billings and work with accounts receivable to ensure no customer payment issues
Monitor to closure, all Quarter-end invoicing and revenue recognition
Coordinate with Account Management, IT, Legal, Security, & Hub Providers to setup new customer JIT hubs to ensure EDI connectivity, inventory system setup, contract completions, and Security compliance to TAPA (Transport Asset Protection Association) requirements, etc.
Coordinate with traffic on MIT/DIT (Missing and Damaged in Transit) claims matters
Coordinate with ITA and TAX department to ensure compliance to regulations and highlight implications.
Follow standard processes that are coordinated across global teams to ensure regional consistencies.
Work with Order Management team to correlate hub pulls with open backlog
Interaction with Account Managers for hub loading and pull forecasting

Your experience includes:
Proficiency in R12 Oracle ERP, or SAP, International Trade Control Systems and Shipping systems
Warehousing & logistics processes
Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management
Fluency in MS Office applications, including proficient user of Excel
Knowledge of accounting principles
Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience

Experience in report generation via Business Data Warehouse applications
