PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB

The Innovation Analyst is responsible for all current and future print, event and digital marketing and developments for Exelon Clearsight. Primary responsibilities include effective execution of Marketing & Communications strategic initiatives, supporting the day-to-day business development activities of the marketing and sales team, and developing critical marketing assets to support the business. The role will also create and support digital, lead generation, and event activities. Responsibilities include development and implementation of marketing strategies and tactics, media pitching, review of messaging and talking points, marketing and advertising, event/conference coordination and related project management.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Manage companys marketing strategy
* With manager, lead marketing strategy sessions to create (or upgrade) current brand assets, campaigns, one pagers, case studies, and other key marketing materials
* Continuously manage and refine buyer personas and value propositions for each line of business
* Manage company marketing and brand assets be able to create new assets as needed

Manage key national events
* Attend 3-5 remote and in person national events a year working independently, support sales by managing all logistics, including booth and marketing assets (ability to travel when safe to do so)
* Work with key event contacts to promote brand during event
* Effectively position sales individuals at events and manage speaking events or smaller experience moments
* Support sales with regional events

Support manager in leading companys digital strategy
* Work with Marketing & Communications manager to develop effective digital strategy, including developing and executing lead generation and lead nurturing assets
* Work with agencies and/or directly design and create emails and digital assets for lead generation, lead nurturing, and drip campaigns
* Manage Hubspot campaigns
* Provide analytics reports from Hubspot and Google Analytics on a weekly basis

Manage agency relationships and project manage all agency work

Uphold brand standards and be our brand advocate across the company

Lead or provide support to business units diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* 4-year relevant degree and a minimum of 2 to 4 years experience in communications (media/public relations, employee communications or advertising).
* Proven, excellent experience in project and agency management
* Experience with Google Analytics and WordPress
* Event management experience
* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
* Brand experience
* Portfolio that shows strong design and aesthetics
* Ability to quickly understand problems/ desires and to create creative solutions
* Demonstrated, excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills

Preferred
* Portfolio demonstrates successful digital campaigns with expert design
* Strong experience in digital marketing and in building successful b2b strategies
* Proficiency in HubSpot marketing automation
* Experience in drones, energy, technology, or in agency
