Job Description

Position Purpose:

The Senior Sales Operations Analyst will play a highly visible and key role in creating, developing and analyzing reports with oversight reporting of sales i.e., sales incentive and membership for the various Sales Departments. This position will maintain the integrity of the data and complete regular and ad-hoc projects to ensure the smooth operations of multiple Sales line of business segments. The Senior Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for the analytic process and serves as the subject matter expert and point person for operations and is involved with development and implementation of processes, policies and procedures. This position will evaluate every aspect of Sales business and identify and inform the business on how to improve reporting or processes across multiple divergent channels to ensure Sales obtains the best data available in maximizing ROI.

* Assists with monitoring the daily contacts staffing to meet service goals; directing workflow and management of special projects
t
* Performs recruitment activities, annual performance evaluations and monthly quality and productivity profile of team members
t
* As department liaison, reviews procedure and policy changes, determines impact on the staff and disseminates information to ensure quality consistency for all contacts
t
* Maintains a comprehensive knowledge of all Centene policies, procedures, products and services
t
* Handles escalated issues and resolves in a win-win manner
t
* Provide training and assist with creating communications for the Sales and Operations teams.
t
* Collaborate and interface with the various departments, management, subject matter experts, and system experts in support of Sales, Operations, and other stakeholders including but not limited to Product, Accounting, IT, Underwriting, Financial Planning and Analysis, and Sales.
t
* Facilitate requirements meetings, writing and reviewing requirement documents, and documenting business processes and workflows.



Highly Qualified Individuals Will Have The Following:

* Team Lead/Senior/Supervisory Experience
t
* Experience in Sales Incentives/Sales Payouts
t
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications, including Excel and Access.
t
* Project management experience
t
* VBA knowledge preferred



Education/Experience:



Bachelor's Degree. 2 years of experience in an analytical role. 4 - 6 years of health care industry experience. Ability to develop business requirements based on input gathered from a variety of sources including analysis results and feedback from the user community. Ability to analyze and design business processes. Ability to review project deliverables for completeness and quality and to comply with established program standards. Willing to gain knowledge of the functionality of new systems. Must be detail-oriented to complete project deliverables.
