Job Description:Employee is responsible for the direct oversight of an assigned work team on a designated account and on a designated shift. Employee is further responsible for ensuring that productivity levels and customer service requirements are being met and that front-line employees are complying with all safety, quality, and compliance standards established by the Company, by our Clients, and by regulatory authorities.
Essential Duties
* Shift Change with outgoing supervisor
Check maintenance log at the start of each shift and inform Maintenance employees on shift of expected workload
* Follow up on equipment repairs to ensure/document completion or ETA of completion.
Record all equipment issues/failures in the shift report and notify Amano, or Airport Building Maintenance (if necessary) of equipment issues.
* Follow up with oncoming/outgoing supervisors and/or Building Maintenance if necessary.
Day ShiftPrepare Packet and daily deposit
Also, week days perform daily bank run (if necessary).
Assist with and follow all lost ticket procedures and promissory note procedures.
Ensure that all staff members are following procedure and answer any questions (or find out the answer) regarding procedure. This can be supplemented by reviewing past Supervisor Meeting Agendas during down time to refresh on discussed policy/procedure and implementing/enforcing the policy or procedure. (notethis is not limited to items only listed in agendas. Supervisors are charged with enforcing all policy and procedure.)
* Shift AutonomyProblem solving and controlling your shift is a basic shift operational expectationfor a supervisor. You are responsible for problem solving shift issues that arise and deal with them in the most efficient manner possible by utilizing your staff and provided procedure/tools to minimize impact on customer service and loss t the company/client. (Examples are, but not limited toloss of automated credit card system, maintaining expedient exit for customers by properly handling prom note/lost tickets, snow removal, etc.)
* Provide change to cashier when needed
* Receiving and outgoing change needs to be counted by both parties.
Receive and process taxi payments / employee parking payments
Collect, record, and immediately drop all cashier drops into the safe.
Open Supervisor Cashier booth as needed to minimize lines/wait times.
Record on Supervisor Daily Log and update on Count Monitor all lot counts.
* If count board is not updated or count not collected, reason needs to be noted on supervisorlog.
Record any and all significant events on supervisor shift report. This is
any occurrenceduring your shift that is not a normal shift operation or that explains why normal operation did not occur.
Follow proper snow removal procedure (as necessary).
Provide customer service to all public and employee parkers
Issue R-1 Permits, if needed
Troubleshoot Taxi and employee parking card issues and report these occurrences on Maint Log under the Card Changes tab.
* In the event that Express Pares goes down, follow correct procedure.
Issue / Record exception ticket Authorizations
* Record and Report all tardiness I absences
Assign tasks for the lot attendant and follow up on completion. Cleanliness of the lots is also a task that supervisors need to ensure is being completed.
* Answer telephone and provide assistance or customer service as needed.
Verify that all employees are properly uniformed (including nametags on booth)
Request/Record vehicle tow/relocations requested by General Manager
Record/Document all other non-request tows from the facility
Other Tasks as assigned by Management
Exhibit respect and patience for all employees and customers
Shift change with incoming supervisor.
Minimum Requirements:High School graduate or equivalent.Strong MS Office skills required.Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.Training in the specified industry or building management desired.Previous supervisory experience desired.
