The Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) Consultant will be part of the Enterprise Business Solutions team supporting projects in the areas of ERP Implementation, and Business Process Improvement in addition to Business Transformation and Operational Excellence efforts. Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Consultant is primarily responsible for ERP implementation and training our Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O customers. Implementations and training sessions will focus on the various ERP modules including Procurement and Sourcing, Inventory Management, Sales and Marketing, Product Information Management, Production, Master Planning, Service Management, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, Asset Management and Reporting.

- Provides exceptional client service and develops advanced level deliverables and/or solutions to client issues
- Acts as primary contact for clients regarding all questions and information, including progress, challenges encountered, and issues identified
- Identifies new business opportunities to expand the practice and communicates such opportunities to his/her engagement superiors
- Provides process and software training to our customers, both on-site and remote
- Provides on-going support during project implementations and post-go-live support
- Prepares formal and informal presentations for client meetings and drafts proposals and reports
- Keeps up to date with the growing product offerings from Microsoft Dynamics as it relates to ERP
- Produces deliverables, distributes project documents and documents information from project meetings
- Fosters a positive demeanor, learning attitude and client service mentality with staff and seniors
- Up to 50% Travel, as needed
- Other duties as required

Qualifications

Education:

- Associate degree from an accredited university, required
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university experience, preferred

Experience:

- Two (2) or more years of professional finance experience as a Business Systems Consultant, required
- Two (2) or more years ERP experience, required
- One (1) or more years Dynamics experience in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O), required
- One (1) or more years strong analytical, facilitation, documentation, and communication skills, required
- Knowledgeable user of entire ERP system functionality, required
- Some Manufacturing and Distribution industry experience, preferred
- Client facing consulting experience, preferred
- Strong project planning, scoping and management skills preferred

License/Certifications:

- Industry related ERP certifications, preferred
- Project management certification, preferred
- CPA or accounting experience, preferred

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills
- Capacity to work in a deadline-driven environment while handling multiple projects/tasks simultaneously with a focus on details
- Capable of successfully multi-tasking while working independently or within a group environment
- Capable of working well under pressure while dealing with unexpected problems in a professional manner
