Facebook is seeking to grow its team with a Scaled Program and Payment Operations Lead within the Content Strategy and Planning Operations Team on Media Partnerships. The CSP Ops Team handles all payments, tooling, and process topics; it sits within the Content Strategy and Planning function. Media Partnerships is the external arm of Facebook and works with the worlds largest and most exciting organizations across the full suite of Facebook Inc. products. This role will work cross-functionally across the Content Strategy & Planning Org and cross-functional stakeholders to streamline and manage payments processes as well as support scaled program launches. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of the Operations Team.
Scaled Program and Payment Operations Lead Responsibilities
* Act as the day-to-day owner of scaled program and payment operations within the CSP organization
* Partner with other cross-functional leaders in S2P, Revenue Accounting, Tooling, Partnerships, to ensure timely management of payments
* Manage and improve external vendor relationships for payments
* Support onboarding for new content programs and ensure that Partners are able to receive payment
* Foster relationships with program managers in Content Strategy & Planning to run programs efficiently
* Integrate with Video Content Operations (VCO), and Partner Deal Operations (PDO) teams to ensure reliable audit trail of partner content, deal terms, and payments
* Work with Tooling and Systems teams to connect payment operations and scaled programming needs
* Develop payments roadmap to improve payment operations and automation
* Manage fulfillment, tracking, and reporting on payment analytics related to existing and potential funded content programs
* Lead and program manage complex cross-functional initiatives, implement technical solutions, design new processes, and deliver leadership-sponsored initiatives
* Support partner inquiries and escalations related to payments
* Provide oversight for coordinators/contractors handling payment activities
* Other ad hoc projects
Minimum Qualifications
* 8+ years of experience in media companies, technology companies, or relevant industry
* Organized with experience identifying all process flow steps for execution and depth of experience of process management
* Demonstrated experience in problem solving, providing business insights and recommendations using data, and owning business requirements
* Experience communicating and presenting to a variety of stakeholders and clarifying/summarizing issues
* Demonstrated communication and presentation experience and experience clarifying and summarizing issues
* Experience building relationships at all levels of an organization with a proven track record of influencing without ownership
Preferred Qualifications
* MBA or Masters Degree
* Experience in the tech and media industry and/or management consulting or investment banking
* Background working with DBA or SaaS
* Experience with designing and/or working with business management tools
* Familiarity with SQL and data taxonomy
* Experience in data visualizations and building scalable reporting tools
* Experience working independently with minimum supervision, leading multiple projects
* Strategic, analytical and problem solving experience
* Analytical and quantitative skills with knowledge of data architecture systems
* Experience working with technical and strategic teammates to design solutions
