Job Description
What We're Looking For
Our Noblesville Indiana office is looking to hire a pavement design engineer to join our growing team! We are looking for a technically focused, organized and driven individual who can help our team deliver pavement designs across the state of Indiana. We currently are working on projects of all sizes from preventive maintenance projects to alternate bid added travel lanes corridors. This job can also be filled out of our downtown Indianapolis location.
Primary Focus Will Include:
Perform site assessments of existing pavement condition to provide treatment recommendations and generate patching tables
Work with the pavement design team to deliver approved pavement designs for our Roadway and Bridge projects
Perform technical analysis utilizing MEPDG software and write pavement design reports
Coordinate with Roadway and Bridge project managers to ensure pavement design matches project scope and budget
Coordinate with District Pavement Asset Engineers and Central Office Reviewers
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
Experience working with INDOT Central Office and District Pavement Asset Engineers to deliver approved pavement designs
MEPDG Experience
Proactive Communication Skills
Organization skills to manage multiple assignments at a given time

What You'll Need
Essential Responsibilities:
Responsible for completion of discipline engineering project elements such as reports, designs, specifications and plans.
Responsible for coordination and productivity of subordinates. Provides technical guidance to less experienced engineers.
Works closely with other disciplines and multi-discipline projects.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
5 years relevant experience
