We’ll look to you to work successfully with digital agencies and collaborate across a multi-dimensional organization to help weave complex, effective digital media campaigns that can deliver value proposition messages across several digital touch-points and out-acquire the competition.  You will propose, develop, and implement marketing plans, policies, and activities that drive key business requirements for the US.  You’ll administer and monitor daily program builds, contact uploads (and reports) from the CRM database to the marketing automation system and recommend changes and optimizations based on that performance.  You will work closely with our digital marketing agencies to design plans, outline objectives, and hit key KPIs for each of the business deliverables, as outlined in the plans. You will create and implement new digital marketing strategies to increase client engagement and retention, extend the client life cycle, verticals, and channels – including A/B tests (test & learn scenarios). You will set up, track and measure sourced revenue vs. influenced revenue and develop reports and presentations that detail the success of Global marketing efforts.

For such a pivotal role, you will have 5 years of experience in developing and executing marketing strategy across paid search, affiliate, and digital and have a proven track record in project management.  You’ll have experience in budget management and possess the ability to multi-task and work independently with little oversight within a dynamic environment.  Your proactive nature and business-to-consumer experience will enable you to engage with stakeholders effectively. You’ll have experience with either an advertiser, agency, or publisher in the digital advertising space (web, search, SEO, or mobile).
