Incorporates broad knowledge to address complex, unusual and critical issues. Develops long-term plans that impact the achievement of business results. The VP, Strategic Planning, Learning & Development will lead a data-driven team, focused on enablement & optimization of the broaderLearning organization, with a strategic focus onmidtolong range planning,business impact, people& culturedevelopment,and investment optimization.As VVP, Strategic Planning, L&D,you will lead thealignment of the Learning strategy to overall execution, includingconnecting in-year planning to ourlong rangeplans; executing ourLearningbrand strategy; leading ourimpact measurementapproach using data-driven analytics; integratingcross-functionaleffortswithin ULearnto deliver on our strategic priorities;partnering with HR Finance tooptimize our investment strategy;and serve askey point personto CLO toconnectday-to-day execution ofstrategic initiativesthat enable theULearn organization.


Role Responsibilities:


This role requires strongComcast business acumen,systems thinkingand critical problem-solvingcapabilities; ability to partner across multiple functions and stakeholders, bothinternally & externally; leadership in brand strategy to ensure our planning, messaging & execution are aligned to our brand promise; andability to leveragedata and key performance indicators to drivebusiness outcomes andorganizational success.This role also leadsmanagement of special projects thatcrossmultiple functions within ULearn,and externally with Comcastbusiness units and key stakeholders.Provides leadership and direction for team which may include multiple functional areas.This role will report to theSeniorVice Presidentof Learning.


Duties & Assignments:


-Leadoverall strategic planning, including in-yearintegrated planning and how this connects to the long range plan for Learning.
-Leverage business expertise and data analyticsto create measurement strategy forthe impact of our learning, includingbusiness impact, customer outcomesand employee development

-Lead overall brand identity strategy for ULearn, partnering with product team to provide strategic alignment, and ensuring our vision, messaging, planning and execution are aligned to deliver on our brand promise to transform learning at Comcast.
-Lead communications within Learning organization, includinginternal newsletters, presentations, all hands; external presentations to key stakeholders; and key messaging alignment to learners engaging with our products.
-Lead internal development function,including team culture, development, feedback initiatives; lead internal change management efforts within ULearn to support our initiatives.
-Serve as lead business partner to manage Learning organization budget and forecast, in close partnership with HR Financial Operations team, to ensure investments are aligned to key priorities in ULearn.
-Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

-Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able tooccasionallywork nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Qualifications:


-Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred
-Generally requires 15&years' experience
-Comcast experience required; demonstrated leadershipexperience throughtransformation a plus.
-Demonstrated cross-functional leadership experiencewith senior executive team
-Strong strategy and data analytics experience
