What you will do:
As a Sustainability Solutions Regional Sales Manager, you will strategically plan, direct and coordinate the selling activities of sales representatives under your supervision in accordance with budgeted objectives in order to obtain maximum profitability and volume in relation to pre-set standards. You will interview, hire, train and develop top level talent. In addition, you will develop plans in accordance with the Director of Sales to maximize sales opportunities in the region and push yourself to exceed each goal. As a Regional Manager, you love living in the fast lane and find purpose in Strykers mission and products that are making healthcare better. This territory oversees North Florida, Georgia, Alabama, and Mississippi.

What you need:
* Bachelors Degree from an Accredited University
* 3+ years of sales or sales management experience.

Strykers Sustainability Solutions (SSS) is the leading provider of reprocessing and remanufacturing services for single-use medical devices. Reprocessing of single-use medical devices (SUDs) is the practice of inspecting, cleaning, function testing, sterilizing and packaging so that they can be clinically and safely used again.
