Description

Position Summary: The Coffee Concierge is responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment, stocking, ordering, and organizing spaces. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

Essential Functions:

* Stock coffee supplies including but not limited to coffee packs, sugar packs, creamer cups, coffee cups, coffee cup lids, coffee cup sleeves, straws, and merchandise drawers

* Empty and clean waste bins inside the coffee machines
* Replace water cartridges and check flavored water
* Wipe down and sanitize counters
* Clean and maintain coffee machines, ice machines, coffee service area, and kitchen area

* Clean, stock and organize coffee drawers
* Spot sweep and mop floors
* Maintain highest level of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
* Effectively address and resolve client and customer concerns and/or complaints
* Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer in high demand environment
* Develop a familiarity with the building occupants for whom you are assisting
* Maintain clean, organized, and professional work areas
* Monitor coffee service areas throughout the day to ensure coffee is available
* Adhere to all safety procedures
* Consistently adhering to business practice guidelines and policies
* Provide property management with a list of needed coffee bar consumables on a weekly basis



Qualifications

* Previous experience as a server in or food service role preferred
* Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
* Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
* Working knowledge of food safety principles and procedures
* Must be able to obtain a food safety certification
* Requires constant standing and walking
* Requires frequent lifting of up to 25 lbs.
* Requires occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
* Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
