We are hiring for a Sr. Hardware Technical Program Manager to help drive new hardware development for the Amazon Dash cart. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple disciplines such as hardware, firmware, software, computer vision, supply chain and operations to power the next generation of Amazon stores.
The ideal candidate will be highly technical, creative and able to drive solutions in collaboration with other teams and stakeholders.
You must be an expert in hardware development lifecycle and competent in a variety of project management tools, methodologies and techniques for all phases of the project lifecycle and exhibit demonstrated proficiency in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality and risk management, reporting and metric development/tracking.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
5+ years of experience in the hardware industry, taking products through their complete life cycle (can be a mix of technical and program management experience).
Track record of successfully delivering complete systems (hardware, firmware, software) on time, to scope, with high quality.
Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, with ability to work successfully across all engineering disciplines.
Maturity, judgment, and proven ability to lead and influence a cross-functional team.
Independently driven, resourceful, and able to deliver results with minimal direction.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with engineers, partners, and stakeholders.
High sense of ownership, bias for action, and drive.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience developing cameras or other optical systems.
Experience developing PCB.
Experience working and partnering with CMs.
Strong understanding of technical requirements for technology integration.
Experience in Consumer device manufacturing.
Exposure to system/device development, build and planning.
