Work Hours/Shift:

You Will Be Responsible For:
* Create and maintain a favorable public image of Adventist Care Centers
* Increase referral rate from area hospitals
* Develops relationships specific to area to assist in maximizing census
* Maintains knowledge of current regulations governing Medicare, Medicaid, Insurance.
* Maintain effective communication with company personnel
* Embrace the companys core values and incorporate them into the daily job.
* Demonstrate respect and compassion in every interaction
* Perform other Duties as assigned.
* Onsite reviews
* Responsible for promoting the Center image in the community.
* Dress professionally and conducts business in an efficient and professional manner.
Qualifications
What You Will Need:
* Associates degree or higher
* 2 years of relevant experience in Health Care Marketing or Business Development
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Proficient in the use of a computer
* Typing of 50 wpm
Job Summary:
As a Community Liaison you are delegated responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties. Responsible for placement of clients and for referral generation, assessment, and conversion of clients in hospital or community setting.
