The role of the Principal Service Management specialist is a senior-level individual contributor responsible for designing, establishing and maintaining operational processes, acting as a business analyst to capture customer requirements and user acceptance testing validating customer functionality. This role entails establishing and supporting best practices business analytics and process development. In this role you will interface with executives, platform owners, and development teams during the implementation of solutions.

Responsibilities

* Lead design, development and review of business processes and developing optimization strategies
* Conduct meetings and presentations capturing and disseminating meeting notes
* Ability to work closely with customers, development personnel and management.
* Perform user acceptance testing
* Update, implement and maintain processes and procedures

Qualifications

* Minimum 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow in configuration management, incident, problem, and change.
* Familiarity with server hardware, network management, databases and enterprise storage.
* Previous experience working in an agile environment
* Hours per Week: 40
* Work Schedule: Monday Friday 8-5 EST
