Three Rivers provides psychiatric, detoxification/rehabilitation, and dual diagnosis treatment through inpatient services for adolescents and adults. Our outpatient services include a Partial Hospitalization Program offering psychiatric day treatment for adults and an Adult Chemical Dependency Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program offering day and evening sessions. Three Rivers Behavioral Health currently has a Full Time Evening Shift and Full Time Night Shift LPN position available.

Responsibilities: The LPN administers patient medications prescribed by physician per policy and practice; monitors patient for adverse drug reactions; demonstrates knowledge of psychopharmacology; transcribes orders; assists with admissions, discharges, and transfers. The LPN supports an organizational culture for Service Excellence and practices the Service Excellence standards to all customer groups.

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

The following are the job requirements for the Licensed Practical Nurse position:

* Graduate of an accredited LPN nursing program.
* Currently licensed by the State of South Carolina.
* Prefer a minimum of one year of recent experience, preferably in psych.
* Current BLS Certification and CPI training prior or upon hire and maintain certifications throughout employment.
