JOB SUMMARY
NOV is actively recruiting an Asset/Planning Coordinator at their location in China Grove, San Antonio TX. The successful candidate will coordinate workflow in the repair shop by communicating with internal teams and planning repairs based on need and demand.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Entering company specific data into software programs
* Prepare District Reports to management as assigned
* Research data as presented and bring resolution in a timely manner
* Advanced clerical work to include typing, filing, gathering data, answering phones as needed
* Operate 10 Key and other office machines necessary for performance of duties
* Organization of Assets to be easily identified and found
* Develop and optimize a system for planning out repairs needed between multiple districts
* Communicate daily on on-time delivery, delays, and problem solve to meet deadlines
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1-2 years of planning or scheduling experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Office

* Problem solving skills with the ability to think outside the box
* Excellent communication skills and ability to switch from one job to another with ease
* Strong attention to detail with excellent organization skills
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
