Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science or relevant field
* 7+ years experience in Master Data management and governance, maintaining a broad and complete knowledge of product, material, customer, vendor and expertise within the Finance MDG domain
* In particular, knowledge regarding the following Finance capabilities:
* Accounting: Chart of Accounts, GL Account, Financial Reporting Structure
* Controlling: Profit Center Group & Hierarchy, Cost Center Group & Hierarchy, Cost Element Group & Hierarchy, Internal Order
* Consolidation: Unit, Group, Group Hierarchy
* Project Management skills and experience
* Persuasive communicator, strong facilitator with the ability to be flexible and adjust approach to each situation
* Innovator mindset and drive to ensure continuous improvement
* Functional process knowledge in one or more areas, with emphasis on Finance and integration with OTC, Logistics, Manufacturing, PLM, Commercialization, Marketing/e-commerce, governance, analytics
* Strong overall SAP knowledge WRICEFs, ECC, MDG Workflow, Data Services, BOIS Advanced Data Migration (ADM):
* Focus on integration across business and systems
* Large scale data migration project experience from requirements gathering, mapping, data construction, testing, training document creation and execution, go live and support
* Experience in business process definition and data modeling
* Experience in leading/managing a group of internal and external technical programmers in building various data tools for migration
* Experience with the CPG industry and working within a master data program is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead the successful deployment of MDG Finance, with ownership of data activities including business process definition and data modeling in conjunction with business and systems stakeholders
* Manage internal and external project resources responsible for large scale migration projects, playing the role of Program Data Lea: leading design sessions, determine optimal designs, develop functional and business process specifications, build and execute testing plans and deploy the solution to the organization, including documentation, training, and business support; change management and testing included
* Coordinates data team, functional process teams, functional business and technical stakeholders to ensure delivery work is progressing on time, per scope & release requirements and with the highest quality
* Work with IT & Business Leadership to develop and manage project scope, assign and schedule resources, and monitor deliverable progress
* Responsible for identifying the impacts and requirements for Data Management to support the organizations To-Be vision within the system, and for verifying the project team is meeting the business objectives
* Manage the effort to analyze, cleanse, convert and load data into the target application architecture and provide direction to the Data team members.
* Deliver functional and technical specifications, test cases, end-user documentation, change management detail and training
* Lead communication efforts directly and through influence with internal and external stakeholders
* Collaborate with the Data Management Factory, IT Master Data Team, Data Operations and Governance to support all Finance processes
