We are currently looking for a dynamic individual as an Organizational Change Management Lead for our IT Division at our global headquarters in The Woodlands, TX.

The role of the Organizational Change Management Leader is to establish and deliver a consistent organizational change management methodology, provide support for organization design and governance, and drive culture and technology adoption that enable the success of Global IT initiatives impact the IT team, business stakeholders, and end users.

Description of Position Duties:

* Institutionalize the IT OCM capability throughout the lifecycle of engagements (from inception through project closure) to better address user adoption and enable change
* Establish, maintain and deploy a standardized Huntsman IT Organizational Change Management (OCM) Methodology and Toolkit to meet the needs of the business, including approach for identifying impact on employees and measuring success, managing communications, training, stakeholders, sponsorship, resistance and risk
* Educate and coach leadership, project team(s), sponsor(s), and functional leader(s) on change management philosophy, principles, methodology and tools, along with their roles in change
* Lead the deployment of IT OCM training to leadership, management and employees to support their role in change initiatives, utilizing a training curriculum consistent with the established OCM Methodology
* Manage leadership buy-in of IT OCM office, approach, and involvement in key initiatives
* Maintain regular communication cadence with leadership across the organization to ensure alignment and visibility into initiatives impacting employees to ensure that the IT OCM Office is proactively managing change
* Manage team of dedicated IT OCM resources by establishing OCM team governance, providing training, and aligning performance management structure to enforce OCM team roles and responsibilities
* Leverage best practices and gather regular feedback to continuously improve the IT OCM approach and ensure that the IT OCM Team is supporting initiatives efficiently and effectively
* Ensure the IT OCM Office fulfills business needs and drives employee change adoption by initiating, planning, implementing, and deploying OCM support as needed. This includes the budgetary and quality control activities specifically associated with OCM for the initiatives
* Manage detailed IT OCM plans at an enterprise level to streamline and optimize employee impact
* Coordinate actively with the Portfolio & Compliance Management team to ensure that Huntsman initiatives are appropriately resourced and supported, and that OCM considerations are included in project and program planning and execution efforts
* Coordinate with project and portfolio management resources, technical resources, M&A team, leadership, business resources (including HR as it relates to job / organizational changes), super users and/or change champions in administration of project OCM as required by specific changes
* Measure and communicate the success of IT OCM initiative(s) to the organization
* Manage OCM 3rd party resources, in coordination with the OCIO
* Identify resources outside of OCM team to support change initiatives (Change Champion Network)
* Support the Change Champion Network in evangelizing the value of OCM, and support adoption of key changes, and provide a continuous feedback loop to the OCM team
* Provide required presence to essential functions in the workplace on a regular basis and work extra hours if needed. If applicable, ability to work overtime may be needed to ensure required staffing capacity to meet daily production objectives
* Work collaboratively with team members with different backgrounds and perspectives

Qualifications for the ideal candidate?

* Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or related discipline and 7 or more years in the business/industry; Masters in Organizational Design or Business Administration or preferred, but not required
* Experience with communications, training, stakeholder assessments, or project execution implementation support
* Experience with analyzing and supporting organizational change, including developing support strategies, tactics, and plans from ideation through execution
* Demonstrated organizational change management support for large, complex, enterprise-level technology initiatives
* Experience managing third party providers of training, communications, assessments, or OCM support
* Experiencing managing and developing a team
* Expert knowledge of industry-standard organizational change management methodologies and implementation approaches
* Communicates effectively across multiple stakeholder audiences with diverse needs, background, and educational levels
* General understanding of role-relevant issues and trends in organizational change management, including capability to update Huntsman-specific OCM practices with new best practices
* Ability to meet deadlines, and to operate under stress and tight deadlines
* Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential

Specific Certifications, Licenses, or Registrations:

* Prosci, CCMP, or other formal change management methodology certification
* IT service management (ITIL or COBIT) understanding
