The Harley-Davidson Motor Company Vehicle Operations facility in York is our final assembly plant. Employees at York also perform a variety of manufacturing operations, including fabrication, welding, polishing and painting and produce a wide range of current and replacement parts for all models. Join our team as a Coordinator Manufacturing.
Job Summary
Provides technical support of process equipment and manufacturing systems used in operation. Provides expertise and ability to troubleshoot in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Understands assembly processes and operations, mechanical equipment, electrical systems, machine controls, computer and information systems, networking and communication and technology integration in manufacturing. Direct link in the help chain to support operational issues.
Job Responsibilities
* Provide recommendations of operational solutions
* Lead Level 1 troubleshooting and event reporting to Level 2 resources
* Provide solutions to problems using both creative processes and analytical methods
* Coordinate corrective actions for tooling issues and equipment
* Support Quality, Maintenance, Information Services, Operational Excellence and other groups as required to maintain daily process requirements
* Assist with the operation of a command center through leading the Level 1/Level 2 technical support calls and assisting the Control Engineers accomplish goals and objectives.
