Primary Responsibilities:

* Provide maintenance knowledge and specialized experience to diagnose and develop solutions to equipment breakdowns.
* Prioritize and allocate limited maintenance resources, to include personnel, parts and dollars, to achieve the greatest maintenance reliability while meeting production requirements
* Manage labor and maintenance costs to stay within budget and labor agreement provisions.
* Provide guidance, direction, instructions and, if needed, corrective discipline, to associates.
* Provide Subject Matter Expertise in the areas of maintenance and electronic diagnostics, repair and reliability.
* Teach, develop and mentor Maintenance Skill Trades associates to provide a greater breadth and depth of 1st echelon maintenance response.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering discipline preferred; Minimum HS Graduation.
* 3-5 years experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance operations. Minimum two years of Maintenance supervisory experience
* Knowledge of Production/Maintenance team structure, operations and requirements.
* Familiarization with budget/cost management.
* Demonstrated excellence in establishing/maintaining communications and interpersonal relationships.
