The Income Tax Staff is responsible for the preparation and analysis of various income tax projects related to compliance, provision, tax planning and other miscellaneous assignments.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

* Assist with the preparation of federal, state and local income tax returns.
* Assist with calculations for quarterly and year-end tax provision.
* Assist with tax audits and various controversy matters.
* Assist with researching technical tax issues and prepare technical memoranda or update documentation in supporting workpapers.
* Partner with outside tax consultants on various projects, as assigned.
* Collaborate with accounting, legal and other tax departments to accomplish assigned objectives.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field plus one to three years of corporate income tax experience. CPA and/or Big 4 experience is preferred but not required.

Other Qualifications:

* Proficiency in Excel is required.
* Working knowledge of CorpTax software is preferred.
* Working knowledge of Longview Tax Provision software is preferred.
* Detail-oriented with strong organization skills.
* Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic atmosphere, handle multiple projects and set priorities.

Compensation: $55,800.00/Yr. - $76,900.00/Yr.
