Business Process Services professionals work on projects across a range of business processes, business applications and information technology. They may provide technology services, such as application management, infrastructure management and systems integration, or they may deliver business process outsourcing services, including finance and accounting, procurement and human resources. Depending on the role, Operations professionals may be based at a clients office or in one of Accentures 50 delivery centers around the world.

You Are:

We are currently looking for a Marketing Operations Project Management Specialist to work with our client on driving Google for Education business metrics (Chrome sales, Premium Google Workspace SKUs, and product usage). You will lead management, data-driven insights, and cross-team analysis, as well as expand essential programs to priority international markets. You will work cross-functionally with the clients Business Intelligence, Database, and systems teams to build out requirements, develop reports, implement, and roll out new reports and dashboards.

The Work:

* Serve as primary delegate for marketing, interfacing with IT on implementing Marketo modules for all of Google for Education
* Partner with central and regional stakeholders in marketing and sales to identify gaps in reporting
* Provide regular status updates to global and regional stakeholders, maintaining clear project timelines and documentation
* Develop enablement and communications and conduct global trainings to roll out new reports, dashboards, and system requirements
* Evaluate and analyze marketing performance and impact, ultimately developing data-driven recommendations for leadership
* Document business requirements, use cases, and test scenarios
* Develop operational strategy to scale Google for Education growth programs to additional international markets
* Identify opportunities for infrastructure development to strengthen our K12 business
* Identify high impact pilot opportunities to improve our customer marketing strategy by working with field, growth, and product marketing
* Partner with internal stakeholders to develop joint media strategy and lead media operations, analysis, and reporting
* Build subject matter expertise and stay up-to-speed on competitive best practices for automation and growth
* Develop automation dashboard and integration with business metric dashboard
* Establish foundational metric readout programs in partnership with target regions and GTM team
* Localize core growth and amplification programs for priority international markets
* Develop operational plan for growth and content marketing pilots
* Manage and optimize legacy growth and amplification programs
* Develop media strategy and manage operations, analysis, and reporting

Qualifications

Here's What You Need:

* Bachelors Degree
* Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management
* Minimum of 4 years of experience implementing digital projects
* Minimum of 4 years of experience with Salesforce reporting and Marketo
* Minimum of 2 years of systems, marketing automation, and industry knowledge

* Salesforce certification and Marketo Expert Certification
* Ability to work in a process and deadline driven environments
* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
* Ability to translate between technical and non-technical people
* Practical problem solving and strategic thinking skills
* Excellent English communication presentation skills, both oral and written
* Ability to work effectively with a global, virtual team High energy level, self-motivated, and demonstrates initiative
* Ability to identify innovative ways to implement projects within established timeframes
