THE ROLE

Insomniac is looking for a Warehouse Operations Assistant to assist warehouse management control the flow of stock throughout the Insomniac warehouse, monitor goods in and out, safely and efficiently move and handle items and keep stock records. The Warehouse Operations Assistant will communicate with the Insomniac warehouse team to establish warehouse practices and protocols to ensure efficient shipping and receiving operations. This position will report to the Insomniac Warehouse Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Work directly with warehouse associates during the shipping and receiving process to document goods as they enter and leave the warehouse.

* Ensure the quality control of the goods shipped from the Insomniac warehouse.

* Keep up-to-date on the latest state safety regulations.

* Process large volume of shipping and receiving requests.

QUALIFICATIONS

* High school diploma, or equivalent required

* 2+ Years experience working within large operation and logistic projects

* 2+ Years of leading teams as well as optimizing and reorganizing teams to most effectively meet business needs

* Advanced technical skills in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint

* Ability to communicate with many people

* Ability to problem solve immediate shipping requests

WORK ENVIRONMENT

* Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments

* May work in drastic temperature climates

* Must be willing to frequently travel to work events during holidays, evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines
