Within the Digital Account Opening and Activations team, you will provide project management to support high quality technology solutions that address business needs by developing applications for the Chase Online customer base.

Responsibilities

The role of the Project Manager will include, but not be limited to, the following:

* Identify resources by committed applications for sequencing coordination
* Execute Critical path deliverables dependencies, coordination and transitional phases (Discovery, Initiation, Development, IST, UAT) and environment availability
* Focus deeply on delivery to ensure gaols are communicated and met
* Oversee development teams (internal/external) utilization of sprints against planned sprint cycles
* Understand and communicate prioritization of features, with a mind toward user and business benefits and tradeoffs
* Gather project deliverables required for project release readiness (Implementation plan, sign off)
* Escalation point for all project resources to support delivery
* Participant in all project meetings that align to delivery
* Communicate on behalf of the project - overall voice of the project
* Coordinate with release management teams
* Participate and facilitate meetings as required
* Act as a strategic partner to product managers

Qualifications

* Demonstrated and extensive experience in technology project management
* Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines and calmness under intense pressure
* Knowledge of agile development methodology and practices
* Strong technical leadership and technical risk management experience
* BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
* Experience working with Digital Technologies
* Effective written and verbal communicator with excellent reasoning, organizational and presentation skills
* Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite and with JIRA
* Experience in financial services or related account opening experience a plus
