Position Summary
The Studio Production Coordinator facilitates the daily operations of an in-house creative production space (The Pond) designed to support all video and audio production needs for the organization, and assist with various multimedia production needs for The Studio team.
Responsibilities
Manage and schedules operational activities to meet client services for Aflac Studio productions; Partners with leadership to coordinate production and live event needs for The Pond.
Develops production and on-site schedules and communicates with internal and external customers on event request details; provides detailed reports on upcoming assignments to studio leadership.
Identifies and procures production resources as needed; establishes and monitors quality control.
Reviews available equipment, processes and applications used in the studio.
Responsible for project management of production requests through Work Front; acts as liaison between The Studio and inter/external customers to review incoming assignments.
Coordinates travel and equipment as needed for shoots.
may serve as second photographer under direction of management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Film, Television, or related field, Two plus years of studio/multimedia production, Experience as a Productions Assistant or related experience, Photography and multi-media experience, Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
