We are looking for a Global Supply Chain Learning Management System Administrator /Project Leader to work with our expert Cytiva Learning Management System team across the world. Do you have a passion for Learning and Development ? Then we would love to hear from you.
In addition to being the primary GSC Learning Management System Administrator you will analyse, design, develop, deliver, and evaluate training curriculum to address the learning needs of the GSC Organization. You will play a key role in implementing classroom and online courses for our employees and contractors. You will work with subject-matter experts across the company to develop courses that meet clearly defined learning objectives, reach multiple audiences, and take advantage of learning technologies to build powerful learning solutions that combine solid design, rapid development, and creative delivery.
Key responsibilities
* Will administer Cytiva Learning (new LMS ) on a day-to-day basis post-implementation.
* Work with the Cytiva Learning Implementation team to understand, design, test the new LMS system.
* Design, prepare and update educational aids and materials. Liaise with subject matter experts regarding instructional design in terms of content and format
* Liaise with stakeholders such as Compliance, Validation, Project Teams and Quality Training organization to provide the most effective training.
* Work in a team environment to ensure that requirements for courses are met and that course development and delivery is completed on time
* Produce reports, training data metrics which measure the GSC Training status.
* Troubleshoots in support of training issues that come up from GSC users
* Publish and maintain training matrix and the training calendar
* Conduct assessment of organization wide needs to identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
* Maintain updated curriculum database and training records of attendance
* Mentor others
* Keep current with industry trends and domain expertise for Training solutions
Who you are
* Previous experience in the implementation of Learning Management System
* Previous experience in a Project Management role
* Previous experience with Cornerstone on Demand an advantage
* Experience in working in a Learning and Development environment
* Fluent in English and excellent communication skills required
* Bachelors degree or equivalent
* Minimum 5 years related experience of supply chain business requirements Proven understanding of global business processes and required learning and development needs
* Proficient in Microsoft Team Excel, and Power Point.
* Efficient communication in English
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience of operating in regulated environment
* Proven execution skills, with the ability to meet firm deadlines.
* Trained in DHR DBS Problem Solving Process
