What you will do
* Lead the team responsible for the Public Access global strategy
* Partner with sales management and other key internal stakeholders to develop and articulate a marketing plan to achieve financial and market objectives.
* Lead the planning and execution of commercialization plans and new product launches
* Oversees the development of our channel strategy to maximize our impact and revenue across direct, distributor and e-commerce channels.
* Fosters a strong collaborative partnership with the sales force in a Marketing led, Sales driven offense
* Gather and share marketing intelligence and information with team
* Establish pricing strategy, including promotions and incentive programs
* Coach others on how to utilize the product or portfolio structure to maximize brand equity
* Demonstrate financial acumen
* Develop an effective KPI strategy for the business
* Supervise others in their use of data collection, analysis, and reporting tools
* Execute a Talent Offense focused on attracting, retaining, developing and aligning top talent
* Lead a team of professionals: develop employees, which includes hiring, communicating company policies, coaching and counseling, administering performance appraisals, and enforcing company policies through appropriate disciplinary measures
* Promote an environment that fosters personal growth and development
* Hold team accountable to deliver high quality results with passion, energy, and drive to meet business priorities

What you need
* Bachelors degree in marketing, business or related discipline required
* MBA preferred
* 8+ years of work experience required
* 5+ years medical device or marketing/sales experience preferred
* 2+ years of people management experience preferred
* Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
* Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority
* Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies
* Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)

The Orthopaedics segment provides implants for use in hip and knee joint replacements, and trauma and extremities surgeries. The MedSurg segment offers surgical equipment and surgical navigation systems, endoscopic and communications systems, patient handling, emergency medical equipment and intensive care disposable products, reprocessed and remanufactured medical devices, and other medical devices for use in various medical specialties.
