This job contributes to Starbucks success by facilitating the planning, establishment, execution and evaluation of a complex, multi-year, multifaceted programs. Negotiates for human, financial and other resources, liaises with external and internal vendors and sponsor-clients on program-related matters and provides professional guidance and leadership to project teams to realize the strategic business vision or desired result. Coordinates the multiple projects within the program in accordance with established project management and change management standards and best practices. This role supports the Director of Continuous Improvement & Business Renovation to transform business divisions and end to end processes across Starbucks Coffee Company utilizing standard Lean 6sigma, change and program management transformation methods.
They serve as a trusted program advisor to client organizations, including maintaining a collaborative working relationship with leaders and providing expert guidance in the understanding and delivery of business transformation.

As a Business Renovation Program Manager, you will

Develops work statements for the Continuous Improvement Business Renovation team by consulting with leaders of the sponsoring and stakeholder business units in the development of clearly articulated vision, mission, business case and resulting program portfolio that includes program deliverables, strategic alignment, total revenue, profit opportunity, enterprise-wide impacts, milestones, risks, assumptions, constraints and overall program investment
Works cross-functionally with business partners, Information Technology partners, suppliers and other teams to ensure successful execution of the program. Ensures projects within the program comply with established company standards.
Ensures all project teams working on the program understand and work toward accomplishing the business vision, goals and objectives of the program. Analyzes and evaluates project interdependencies and their impacts to the program. Recommends and implements program improvements to meet changing mission parameters and requirements

Systems and process analysis, design and deployment (6 years)
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
