PRIMARY DUTIES:
Load and unload blades from Paint Line carrousel
Meet or exceed production targets for output and quality
Maintain equipment, fixtures, and work area in good orderly condition
Maintain a safe work environment for yourself and other associates
Notify supervisor or set-up operator immediately when a problem occurs with any part of your job, equipment, or product
Clearly identify product by item number, status, and quantity
Assist or perform other duties as assigned
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of three months experience at Stanley Black & Decker with proven performance in safety, quality, work ethic, attendance, 6s principles, and attitude / teamwork
Ability to perform loading/unloading tasks safely, quickly and efficiently
Basic shop math and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
Reliable and flexible with hours worked, including weekends and overtime
Ability to read and write English; understand and comprehend instructions for safety and quality
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
