Our Summer Intern program offers hardworking college students an opportunity to go beyond the classroom to develop leadership skills and gain relevant hands on experience working as part of a global support team with professionals across the enterprise. Additionally, interns will participate in scheduled activities throughout the summer, including sessions with Senior Leaders, site tours, volunteer opportunities, and other social events. Fiserv interns are in session from June 7, 2021 August 13, 2021 and work approximately 40 hours per week.

About the Role:

This Summer Internship role is with the Content Management Engineering Team. This team provides content management development services for the Security Operations Center (SOC) at large and works closely with other teams within Fiserv to detect cybersecurity incidents. Essential job duties include; creation of cyber threat use cases, the interpretation of log feed and the digestion of intelligence feeds.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences, MIS or related field.
* 3.0+ GPA, preferred
* Familiarity with cyber platforms such as: TIP, SEAM, SOAR
* Knowledge of Python and Cloud
* Knowledge of web services platforms (Azure, Amazon Web Services)
* Familiarity with the Incident response process
* Knowledge of Security Operations
* Familiarity with the collection and interpretation of Cyber threat intelligence.

A range of college majors are considered based on specific needs of department such as: Computer Science, Network Engineering, Engineering, Mathematics, Cyber Security, MIS, Data Science, and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math), but willing to train the right candidate.
